Wine list

A wine list catalogues the references offered by a restaurant, arranged by colour, region, grape or style, with their prices and sometimes tasting notes. Its construction conveys an identity, a list may favour one vineyard, biodynamics or a depth of vintages. Wine Spectator distinguishes the most accomplished lists each year through its Restaurant Awards, a global benchmark of the genre first launched in 1981.
