Three MICHELIN Stars

['3 michelin stars', 'triple star', 'three stars']

Three MICHELIN stars constitute the supreme distinction of the MICHELIN Guide, awarded to restaurants practising exceptional cuisine worth a special journey. About 144 tables worldwide hold this level in 2026, an increasing share of which are housed inside hotels. Promotion is sparing: each annual national selection records only a few promotions at the top, alongside possible demotions if the inspection concludes that the level has dropped. A triple star guarantees technical perfection, plate consistency and the legibility of a chef's signature (Source: MICHELIN Guide, 2026).
