Perfumer (nose)

A creator of fragrances, nicknamed a nose for their trained olfactory memory, able to compose a fragrance from hundreds of raw materials. The perfumer devises the structure, the identity accord and the balance of a scent after long phases of trials. In luxury hospitality, palaces engage a nose to shape a bespoke signature scent reflecting their world.
