Orange bitters

Orange bitters are a family of bitters flavoured with bitter orange peel, often rounded out with cardamom, coriander and spices. Their bright, zesty profile lifts cocktails built on clear spirits, notably the Dry Martini and the Negroni. After near disappearance in the twentieth century, they returned to the heart of the contemporary bar with the revival of classic mixology.
