Nadi pariksha (pulse diagnosis)

An Ayurvedic pulse examination by which the physician assesses dosha balance by placing three fingers on the wrist. Nadi pariksha reveals Prakriti and Vikriti, the state of the tissues and channels, without instruments. Performed at the intake assessment of palace retreats, it guides the personalisation of treatments, oils and diet for the cure.
