NAD+ therapy
Intravenous or intramuscular nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide infusions, supplied because NAD+ levels in human cells drop steeply with age. The supplementation aims to restore mitochondrial function, slow cellular ageing and lift energy. A typical course is 6 to 10 sessions of 500 to 1,500 mg over one or two weeks, at USD 800 to 2,500 per infusion in premium clinics (Clinique La Prairie, RoseBar at Six Senses Ibiza, Hooke London). The science is mixed: David Sinclair's Harvard lab shows striking results in mice, but human clinical evidence remains thinner as of 2025. Premium clinics insist on medical screening first because the infusion can cause nausea or chest tightness.
