Muroka

A sake not charcoal-filtered, which has been pressed and separated from the lees but has not undergone the carbon filtration meant to clarify and stabilise it. Muroka retains more colour, body and natural aromas, in a more raw and expressive style. Valued by connoisseurs, it offers a more faithful reading of the sake's original character.
