Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants
['latin america 50 best']
Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants is the Latin American offshoot of The World's 50 Best Restaurants ranking, launched in 2013. The voter panel is composed of around 200 Latin American and Caribbean experts. The ceremony is held annually in a major Latin American city. The ranking reflects the rise of Peruvian cuisine (Central, Maido, Astrid y Gaston), Mexican (Pujol, Quintonil, Sud777), Brazilian (DOM, Mocoto, Oteque), Argentinian (Don Julio, Tegui) and Chilean (Borago). Latin America's 50 Best 2026 crowned Central Lima (Virgilio Martinez) at the top for the fourth consecutive year. The ranking accompanies the 2026 Michelin Keys extension into Brazil and Argentina (Source: Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants, 2026).
