Gourmand (fragrance family)
An olfactory facet that appeared in the 1990s, adding edible accents to fragrances: honey, caramel, chocolate, biscuit, coffee, vanilla or sweets. Comforting and enveloping, the gourmand note evokes pastry. In luxury hospitality it sometimes scents lounges and tea rooms, creating a warm atmosphere echoing the palace's culinary offering.
