Falernum

Falernum is a spiced syrup of Caribbean origin flavoured with lime, ginger, clove and almond. It exists as a non-alcoholic version or as a light liqueur bottled at around fifteen percent, often rum-based. An essential component of many tiki cocktails such as the Zombie, it brings warm, spiced complexity to rum-based mixed drinks.
