Epigenetic Reset Programs

['biological age reversal program', 'methylation reset retreat']

Epigenetic reset programmes are intensive stays designed to measurably reduce a traveller's biological age, assessed through methylation clocks such as GrimAge, Horvath or PhenoAge. The standard protocol runs two to four weeks and combines structured caloric restriction, interval exercise, cold and heat exposure, targeted supplementation and instrumented sleep. Hospitality Net 2026 calls these programmes the most publicised wellness disruption of the decade, popularised by longevity public figures such as Bryan Johnson and Peter Attia. The biological-age test is generally performed at pre-arrival, then at six and twelve months post-stay. A little-known fact: the average decrease documented by the most advanced operators falls between one and three biological years on three-week protocols, with no large randomised trial yet validating the persistence of the effect (Global Wellness Institute, 2024).
