Concierge service

Concierge service is the team at a luxury hotel whose job is to make impossible things happen for guests, getting a last-minute table at a three-star restaurant that's booked six months out, securing seats at a sold-out opera, arranging a private after-hours visit to the Louvre, organizing a helicopter to a vineyard, booking a yacht for the afternoon. The top concierges belong to Les Clefs d'Or ("the golden keys"), a global guild founded in Paris in 1929, recognizable by the small crossed-keys pins on their lapels. There are about 4,000 members worldwide. The real value of a great concierge isn't in the apps they use, it's in the 30 years of personal phone relationships they've built with maître d's and ticket agents.
