Barrière Group

The Barrière Group is a French group of casinos, luxury hotels and restaurants founded in 1912 by François André. His nephew Lucien Barrière, sole heir from 1961, expanded the house that bears his name by modernising resorts in Deauville, Cannes and La Baule. The company acquired the Fouquet's restaurant on the Champs-Élysées in 1998. It now runs casinos, palaces and the Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière in Paris.
